Kandidaat-notaris vastgoed Functieomschrijving Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en werkzaamheden gaan onder andere omvatten: - Het voeren van besprekingen met cliënten en hen begeleiden tijdens het juridische proces. Mocht je deze ervaring nog niet hebben, geen probleem. Wij leiden je graag op! - Je stelt o.a. notariële akten, overeenkomsten en adviezen op en/of beoordeelt deze; - Op basis van ervaring en interesse werk je aan verschillende projecten binnen het onroerend goed. Denk aan (bijzondere) leveringen en hypotheken voor bestaande bouw, bedrijven en/of grond, maar denk ook aan erfpacht, splitsingen, grote vastgoedtransacties, nieuwbouwprojecten of het vestigen van opstalrechten; - Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook samen in het team van vastgoed; - Het bijhouden van juridische ontwikkelingen en deze toepassen in de praktijk; Ontbreekt de ervaring bij sommige van bovenstaande punten, geen probleem. Wij begeleiden je hier graag bij! Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde beroepsopleiding, waarnemingsbevoegd en minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in de vastgoedpraktijk; - Je bent 4 dagen in de week beschikbaar (3 dagen is eventueel bespreekbaar); - Je bent enthousiast, sociaal, flexibel en je houdt van een gezellige sfeer en humor op de werkvloer; - Je bent klantgericht, commercieel en je denkt graag in oplossingen.
