Das Notariat Mag. Martin Lux bietet seit vielen Jahren notarielle Leistungen auf höchstem Niveau und genießt einen hervorragenden Ruf. Im Herbst 2023 haben wir die Kanzlei in die frisch renovierten Räumlichkeiten in den Merkur City Offices in der Neutorgasse 57, 8010 Graz, verlegt und können unseren Klient_innen und Mitarbeiter_innen neben perfekter Erreichbarkeit auch ein modernes Umfeld am technischen Puls der Zeit bieten.

Sie suchen eine abwechslungsreiche, vielseitige und eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeit in einer renommierten Grazer Notariatskanzlei? Zur weiteren Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt in unseren Kanzleiräumlichkeiten im pulsierenden Zentrum der Landeshauptstadt Graz 1 KanzleiassistentInnen (Frontoffice und/oder Backoffice) m/w/d Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Stunden/Woche. Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit liegt die Arbeitszeit bei voller Entlohnung bei 38,5 Stunden/Woche.

* Das monatliche Einstiegsgehalt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von mindestens EUR 2.200,00 brutto liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur weiteren Überzahlung, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

* Zusätzlich zum Gehalt erhalten Sie ein Jobticket, um Ihren Arbeitsplatz mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen zu können.

* Gehaltserhöhungen richten sich nach den erworbenen Kenntnissen und der Einsatzbereitschaft und sind somit auch leistungsorientiert und nicht nur an die Dauer der Kanzleizugehörigkeit gebunden.

Team-Building- Aktivitäten und Kanzlei- Events (Feiern, Ausflüge, Sportveranstaltungen etc.)

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

* Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch-, Rechtschreib-, sowie EDV- Kenntnisse (Office- Anwendungen) und beherrschen das 10-Finger-System.

* Sie haben gute Umgangsformen, ein gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Sie arbeiten gerne in einem vielseitigen, dynamischen und motivierten Team und bringen sich gerne ein.

* Sie haben Freude am selbständigen, genauen und gewissenhaften Arbeiten und wachsen gerne über sich selbst hinaus.

* Sie entwickeln sich gerne weiter und freuen sich darauf, neue Tätigkeiten kennenzulernen.

* Sie verfügen idealerweise über Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich oder einem Beruf mit rechtlichem Hintergrund.
