Als Kassamedewerker ben jij het laatste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de vestiging in Utrecht. Je zorgt ervoor dat aankopen zorgvuldig worden gescand en afgerekend en helpt klanten vriendelijk bij vragen. Je maakt graag een praatje en bouwt een band op met vaste klanten die regelmatig bij ons komen. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte houding verlaten klanten de vestiging altijd met een tevreden gevoel. Wanneer het rustiger is aan de kassa, ondersteun je collega's op andere afdelingen in de vestiging. Zo draag je bij aan een soepel lopende winkel en een optimale klantbeleving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je zorgt voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling van aankopen aan de kassa. Daarnaast houd je de kassazone netjes en overzichtelijk en ben je het vriendelijke en toegankelijke aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Ook spring je bij op andere afdelingen wanneer dat nodig is en werk je samen met je collega's aan een prettige en efficiënte winkelervaring. Werkdagen Je werkt gemiddeld 28 uur per week. De werkdagen en werktijden worden in overleg vastgesteld. We zoeken iemand die flexibel inzetbaar is verdeeld over 4 dagen en het leuk vindt om af en toe op zaterdag te werken (ongeveer 1 keer per 2 weken).
