Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B.: HAK, HAS, Bürokauffrau/-mannlehre) - Matura von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung als kaufmännische:r Mitarbeiter:in bzw. Assistenz von Vorteil

* Grundwissen im Bereich der Buchhaltung/Rechnungsprüfung/Steuerrecht

* Genaue, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Gehobene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kontaktfreudigkeit

* Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Engagement

* Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Administrative Unterstützung der kaufmännischen Projektleitung

* Steuerrechtliche Prüfung von Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerrechnungen inkl. Preisprüfung und Mengenprüfung im digitalen Rechnungstool Invoice

* Erstellung von Prüfdeckblättern für Rechnungen

* Prüfung und Verwaltung von Avalen von Nachunternehmern

* Kreditoren- und Lieferscheinmanagement

* Schriftverkehr mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern

* Erstellung von diversen Aufstellungen sowie Reportings

* Grundlegende kaufmännische bzw. administrative Tätigkeiten, sowie projekt- und sachbezogenen Sonderaufgaben (Kontrolle der offenen Posten, Mahnwesen, etc.)
