Ihre Aufgaben

* Einkauf und Bestellwesen

* Rechnungsprüfung und Rechnungsverbuchung

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung bei der laufenden Sachbearbeitung

* Kommunikation mit KundInnen, LieferantInnen und Geschäftspartner_innen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf, in der Rechnungsverbuchung sowie gutes buchhalterisches Verständnis

* Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik- oder Baunebenbranche von Vorteil

* ODER auch Berufseinsteiger_innen; Absolvent_innen mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder einer kürzlich abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Lehre sind herzlich willkommen.

Eine sorgfältige Einschulung ist für uns selbstverständlich!
