Der Hirter Braukeller ist ein traditionsbewusster Á la carte Betrieb mit Fokus auf die österreichische Küche und Anklängen an den Alpe Adria Raum. Unsere Gäste und unsere Mitarbeiter/innen schätzen unsere echte Leidenschaft für Regionalität und Nachhaltigkeit. Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Kellner/in mit Inkasso auf Vollzeit Basis.

Aufgabengebiet

* Sie übernehmen, gemeinsam mit unserem Serviceteam, die operative Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft und die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Verwaltung und aktiver Verkauf der Lotto- und Trafik-Angebote

* Reservierungen entgegennehmen

* Gastgeber mit echter Leidenschaft und Kompetenz

* Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Hochzeiten und diversen Feiern

* Einhaltung, Kontrolle und Schulung von Qualitätsstandards, Hygienevorschriften und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Einbringen von neuen Ideen, Trends und Kreativität

Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für Bier, Kulinarik und unseren Betrieb mit. Strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich. Veränderungen stehst du offen gegenüber und du hast Freude daran, dich auch mal abseits ausgetretener Pfade zu bewegen.

Das bringst DU mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie

* Organisationstalent, Verlässlichkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Erfahrung mit aktuellen Kassensystemen

* Sehr sichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Englisch und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Du bist ein Teamplayer

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Diskretion, Hands-on Mentalität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Freundliches, empathisches und selbstsicheres Auftreten
