Wir sind ein international tätiges Unternehmen mit 80 Mitarbeitern und fertigen seit 1491 Keramik für Kachelöfen im traditionellen und modernen Stil. Die gestalterischen Vorteile der modernen Großflächenkeramik bringt weltweite Resonanz im Spa- und Wellnessmarkt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Keramiker_in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgabe

* In unserer Manufaktur werden alle Aufträge individuell geplant und gefertigt. Sie als Mitarbeiter_in unser Produktion tragen dazu bei, die einzelnen Kacheln einer Bestellung in den verschiedenen Arbeitsschritten zu bearbeiten.

* Erstellung individueller Kachelkommissionen lt. Gießliste bzw. des Produktplans für die Gießerei auf Wochenbasis, abgestimmt auf Auftragslage, Kapazität und Liefertermine.

* Ausfertigung und Weiterbearbeitung einzelner Kacheln und Sonderanfertigungen.

* Schütten und glasieren individueller Kachelkommissionen mit verschiedensten Glasurtypen.

* Mithilfe im Brennprozess und Verständnis der physikalischen Prozesse wie Schwindung, Porosität und Temperaturverhalten.

* Fehleranalyse (Risse, Glasurfehler, Verformungen) und deren Behebung.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein handwerkliches Geschick und ein ausgeprägtes Gefühl für Formen, Proportionen und Ästhetik sowie eine selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Sorgfalt bei der Ausführung zeitintensiver, filigraner Arbeitsschritten

Weiters bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Keramiker_in, Töpfer_in oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrung in der Herstellung keramischer Produkte

* Fundierte Materialkenntnisse (Ton, Masse, Glasuren, Engoben)

* Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Formgebungstechniken (Aufbautechnik, Gießen, Modellieren)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Ton- und Massearten

* Praxis im Glasieren und im Brennprozess

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Brennöfen (elektrisch, gasbetrieben) und deren Steuerung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in Serienproduktion sowie in der Einzelanfertigung/Unikatgestaltung

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Stehen, Heben von Materialien und Beladen von Brennöfen sowie Umgang mit Staub und Glasuren sowie Hitze)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
