The posting

Om het diverse en enthousiaste team dat KRAZ dagelijks mee vorm geeft te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren keukenmedewerker (flexijob/stud.), voor een fijne en duurzame samenwerking. Studenten komen ook in aanmerking, indien wekelijks beschikbaar en indien meerderjarig (gezien wetgeving arbeid op zondag).

Profiel / vereisten

- Aantoonbare ervaring in horeca-omgeving (keuken en afwas) of gedreven hobbykok

- Feeling voor keukenwerk (borden afwerken, mooi dresseren, warenkennis, HACCP, voorbereidend werk - misen-en-place)

- Verzorgd voorkomen

Rooster: elke zaterdag, van 11u00 tot 16u00, elke zondag van 12u00 tot 18u00.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand (M/V/X) met aantoonbare ervaring (als keukenmedewerker/commis). Goed voorkomen is belangrijk, evenals degelijke kennis van het Nederlands, zodat er efficiënt kan gecommuniceerd worden. Kennis van- en interesse voor producten (food) evenals gevoel voor esthetiek (mooi dresseren/borden schikken, ...) zijn een vereiste. Je staat de chef bij om borden af te werken net voor het doorgeven, je haalt voor hem - via de trap - ingrediënten uit de kelder/koelcel in functie van de bestellingen in de keuken op het gelijkvloers én je bent - zelfstandig - verantwoordelijk voor de bereidingen en afwerking in de "koude keuken", waar je eenvoudige koude bereidingen (zoals vleeswaren, slaatjes, koude voorgerechten en nagerechten) schikt op borden. Je bent ook bereid om eenvoudiger werk in de warme keuken aan te leren (bvb pannenkoeken bakken). Na de dienst sta je in voor het reinigen van de werkvlakken in zowel warme als koude keuken en het piekfijn voorbereiden van de werkpost voor de volgende dag. Je helpt ook - zoals de rest van het team - bij de afwas. Snijtechnieken beheers je perfect en je kan zelfstandig eenvoudige receptuur tot een goed einde brengen (mise-en-place: degen, groenten, salades, koude voorgerechten, ...).
