Voor een groeiend horecaconcept in Oostende zoeken we een keukenmedewerker die mee zorgt voor een vlotte service en een sterke beleving voor de gasten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als keukenmedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je helpt mee om de dagelijkse werking van de keuken vlot te laten verlopen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en service altijd voorop staan.
  • Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het voorbereiden van gerechten, ondersteunen tijdens de service en mee zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde keuken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en helpt waar nodig om piekmomenten vlot op te vangen.

Daarnaast:

  • Je helpt mee tijdens de dagelijkse keukenwerking
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte service
  • Je werkt samen met collega's om de organisatie optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Je waakt mee over kwaliteit, hygiëne en correcte procedures
  • Je ondersteunt studenten en fleximedewerkers tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de werking
  • Je draagt bij aan een aangename ervaring voor elke gast
  • Na een grondige opleiding word je voornamelijk ingezet tijdens weekshiften.
