Ben jij keukenmonteur en ben je het zat om: lastminute door het halve land gestuurd te worden, elke dag verrast te worden door "spoedjes", 's avonds laat nog in de bus naar huis te zitten? Dan hebben wij jouw overstapservice naar een beter geregelde werkdag. Als servicetimmerman onderhoud werk je voor woningcorporaties, VvE's en overheidsgebouwen, met een strakke planning, duidelijke afspraken en werk in jouw regio. Het gereedschap blijft hetzelfde - maar je werkdag wordt een stuk relaxter. Dit ga je doen Als servicetimmerman onderhoud ben jij de vakman (of vakvrouw) die langsgaat bij bewoners of beheerders om onderhouds- en reparatieklussen uit te voeren. Denk aan: het herstellen of vervangen van keukenkastjes, plinten, deuren en kozijnen; het oplossen van kleine hout- en afbouwschades; het uitvoeren van dagelijks en planmatig onderhoud bij woningen, VvE-complexen en (semi-)overheidsgebouwen; netjes communiceren met bewoners en hen geruststellen over de werkzaamheden; zorgen dat je jouw werkplek netjes achterlaat - jij bent het visitekaartje van onze opdrachtgever. Je werkt volgens een vooraf bekende planning, in een vaste regio. Geen gekke ritten van noord naar zuid meer, maar gewoon een logische route. De werkvoorbereiding en planning zijn strak geregeld, zodat jij je kunt focussen op je vak.
