Moment... werkeninoostenrijk.nl is vernieuwd! Keukentopper! M/V/X - Voor het aankomende winterseizoen zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkend kok voor de Bärmooshütte! De Bärmooshütte is prachtig gelegen op de berg en is een gezellige plek waar gasten tijdens hun wintersportdag kunnen genieten van lekker eten, een fijne sfeer en echte Oostenrijkse gastvrijheid. Voor onze keuken zoeken wij een ervaren kok die zelfstandig kan werken, overzicht houdt en samen met het team zorgt dat onze gasten iedere dag weer tevreden de hut verlaten. Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig werkend kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de keuken. Je verzorgt zelfstandig de mise-en-place en bereidt gedurende de dag de verschillende gerechten van onze menukaart. Tijdens drukke momenten weet jij het hoofd koel te houden en zorg je ervoor dat de gerechten snel, netjes en met constante kwaliteit de keuken verlaten. Daarnaast denk je mee over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, houd je de keuken schoon en georganiseerd en werk je volgens de geldende hygiënerichtlijnen. Wat wij bieden - Werkperiode van half december tot begin april - Werken op een unieke locatie midden in de bergen - Eigen kamer beschikbaar - Een zelfstandige en afwisselende functie - Werken binnen een gezellig en hecht team - Een winterseizoen waarin hard werken en genieten van het leven in de bergen perfect samenkomen Wat wij vragen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als kok - Je bent gewend om zelfstandig in de keuken te werken - Je kunt goed omgaan met drukte en houdt overzicht - Je werkt hygiënisch, netjes en georganiseerd - Je bent flexibel en hebt een goede werkmentaliteit - Duits en/of Engels spreken is gewenst - Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk, aangezien de Bärmooshütte op de berg gelegen is Ervaring in een berghut, après-ski locatie of drukke horecazaak is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw zelfstandigheid, enthousiasme en inzet vinden wij belangrijk.
