Bij een organisatie in de energie- en besturingstechniek in Haarlem controleer je besturingspanelen en hoofdverdelerinstallaties voordat ze worden opgeleverd. De organisatie ontwerpt en bouwt maatwerksystemen voor onder meer datacenters, ziekenhuizen en industriële toepassingen. Als Keurmeester Besturingstechniek voer je de laatste kwaliteitscontrole uit: je inspecteert de opbouw, test de elektrische werking en beoordeelt of de installatie aan de gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen voldoet. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan een veilige oplevering. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je praktisch testwerk met het vastleggen van meet- en inspectieresultaten. Je bespreekt afwijkingen met paneelbouwers en engineers en stemt af welke verbeteringen nodig zijn. Ervaren collega's delen hun vakkennis en helpen je om het keuringsproces te beheersen. Met interne en externe trainingen ontwikkel je je verder in elektrotechnisch testen, kwaliteitscontrole en veilig werken, ook wanneer je vanuit een elektrotechnische basis instroomt. Functie-inhoud - Eindinspecties uitvoeren op besturingspanelen en hoofdverdelerinstallaties - Elektrische installaties functioneel testen en de werking controleren - Afwijkingen signaleren, beoordelen en rapporteren - Verbeterpunten afstemmen met paneelbouwers en engineers - Testresultaten en inspectiebevindingen zorgvuldig documenteren - Kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen bewaken bij de vrijgave voor oplevering Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de elektrotechniek - Ervaring met elektrotechniek of de motivatie om het keuringsvak te leren - Praktisch technisch inzicht voor het controleren en testen van installaties - Nauwkeurige, kwaliteitsgerichte werkwijze en aandacht voor veiligheid - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding bij afwijkingen - Bereidheid om samen te werken en vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervarin.
