Key Account Manager/in (m/w/d) - System-, Modul- und Registerbau 1 Key Account Manager/in (m/w/d) - System-, Modul- und Registerbau Fokus: Aufbau Industriegeschäft Österreich & Deutschland (Phase 1), International (Phase 2)

In dieser neu geschaffenen Position mit internationaler Perspektive haben Sie hohen Gestaltungsspielraum. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau eines strategischen Geschäftsfeldes im Industrieumfeld. Keine bestehenden Kundenstrukturen - Aufbau von der grünen Wiese. Der Fokus liegt auf Business Development, Neukundenaufbau und Marktentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufbau eines neuen Key Account Portfolios

* Aktive Marktbearbeitung AT & DE (später international)

* Identifikation und Gewinnung von Industriekunden (inkl. Cold Calling)

* Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Systemlösungen

* Analyse von Produktionsprozessen und Effizienzpotenzialen

* Steuerung komplexer Vertriebsprozesse

* Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern wie strategische Einkäufer, Produktions- und Projektleiter sowie Vertriebsleiter

Ihr Profil

* Technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, etc.)

* Erfahrung im industriellen Vertrieb (vorzugsweise Vorfertigung)

* Technisch affin, tiefgehendes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Serienfertigung

* Hohe Vertriebs-Motivation sowie kommunikationsstark

* Teamfähig, selbstorganisiert und durchsetzungsstark

* Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

* Reisetätigkeit von mind. 30%

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt der Chemischen Industrie von € 4.355,55 brutto (14 mal p.a.) zzgl. Prämie für diese Stelle hin. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und bisherigen Berufserfahrung, eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist definitiv gegeben.
