Wusstest du, dass wir Maresianer:innen in ganz Österreich für fast 30 Marken verantwortlich sind? alle per Du sind und Zusammenhalt und Innovation groß schreiben? von Work-Life-Balance, Home-Office und Weiterbildung begeistert sind? Wie sieht dein Job aus? Du betreust unsere Handelspartner im LEH und DFH (vorwiegend in Österreich, teilweise in Deutschland) und baust ein starkes Beziehungsnetzwerk auf. Die Reisetätigkeit beträgt insgesamt ca. 25%. Du bist für den Vertrieb deiner Marken zuständig und arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Logistik zusammen um neue Konzepte und Strategien zu entwickeln. Du arbeitest Aktions-, Listungspläne und Handelsaktivitäten aus, legst Angebote und führst Jahresgespräche und Preisverhandlungen. Du begeisterst unsere Kund:innen mit neuen Produkten und Promotions und bist erste Anlaufstelle für ihre Anliegen. Die Planung von Absatz, Umsatz und Deckungsbeitrag, die laufende Anpassung und Kontrolle von WKZ, Bonifikationen und Aktionsrabatten, sowie die Erstellung von Analysen, Reports und Forecasts rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab. Was bringst du mit? Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Erfahung als Key Account Manager oder Einkäufer mit - idealerweise aus der FMCG-Branche. Eine wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb/Verkauf ist von Vorteil. Du kennst dich sehr gut mit MS-Office Programmen aus (v.a. Excel und PowerPoint) und arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Tools. Dein Wohnort liegt idealerweise zwischen Wien/Wien Umgebung und Salzburg, da trotz Home Office Möglichkeit immer wieder auch Meetings in unserem Wiener Headquarter stattfinden und unsere Kunden vorwiegend entlang der Weststrecke liegen. Exzellente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Es macht dir Spaß mit deinen Mitmenschen zu kommunizieren, sie für deine Marken zu begeistern und Lösungen zu finden, wo andere Probleme sehen. Unternehmerisches und analytisches Denken zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie gutes Zeitmanagement, Genauigkeit und Kreativität. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und im Team, fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und nutzt deine Flexibilität, um Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Bei Maresi bist du mittendrin im Geschehen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Prozesse mitzugestalten, deine Ideen einzubringen und dich laufend weiterzuentwickeln. Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel. Das KV-Minimum für ein Bruttomonatsgehalt liegt bei EUR 2.535 auf Vollzeitbasis. Die Realität sieht aber natürlich anders aus, da eine Überzahlung, um deine Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen zu honorieren, für uns selbstverständlich ist.
