Ben jij sterk in het uitbouwen van langdurige relaties binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving? Als Global Key Account Manager word je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor strategische klanten en help je hen hun wereldwijde supply chain optimaal te organiseren. Je onderhandelt over logistieke dienstverlening rond transport, opslag, voorraadbeheer en value-added services, vertaalt complexe klantbehoeften naar commerciële oplossingen. Daarbij fungeer je als de schakel tussen de klant, operationele teams en logistieke partners wereldwijd. De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt langdurige relaties met key accounts.
  • Je identificeert nieuwe commerciële kansen en vertaalt die naar concrete business.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operationele en administratieve teams om op maat gemaakte logistieke oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Je stelt rapporten op over accountperformances, salesresultaten en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Je onderhandelt contracten met oog voor lange termijn partnerships en gezonde marges.
  • Je ondersteunt proactieve klanten en schakelt snel bij uitdagingen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of key account rol.
  • Ervaring in commodity, feed of food logistiek is een sterke troef.
  • Je denkt analytisch, handelt oplossingsgericht en onderneemt overtuigend.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar hecht belang aan teamwork.
  • Je communiceer vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
