Randstad Professional sales en marketing heeft een project voor de zomerperiode als Key Account manager bij een klant actief in FMCG, dit project loopt tot eind dit jaar.

Deze fulltime hybdide functie te Brussel biedt een mooie rol als key account manager in eenklein team. Om het klantenbestand te managen wordt een eerste ervaring binnen FMCG gevraagd.

Als Key Accountmanager ben jij de expert op het gebied van jouw klanten en het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt én realiseert strategische klantplannen die naadloos aansluiten op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Met jouw scherpe analytische inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je de relatie met de klant op alle niveaus verder uit te bouwen en te optimaliseren.

takenpakket:

  • Klantstrategie & Onderhandeling
  • Het opstellen, onderhandelen, uitvoeren en evalueren van een commercieel klantplan dat aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Het beheren van het budget (trade terms & trade funding) binnen de gestelde financiële en juridische richtlijnen.
  • Relatiebeheer & Klantinzicht
  • Fungeren als de interne expert op het gebied van jouw klant en het opbouwen van een duurzame relatie op verschillende niveaus (inkoop, marketing, operatie en field).
  • Continu monitoren van de verkoopresultaten en zakelijke kansen op basis van interne en externe data.
  • Merkactivatie & Promotiebeheer
  • Uitvoeren van effectieve activatieplannen voor merken en innovaties via klantkanalen, met een maximale RIO.
  • In samenwerking met het shopper-team promotie-analyses uitvoeren om op maat gemaakte promoties te ontwikkelen en betere klantinzichten te verkrijgen.
  • Beheren en rapporteren van het budget voor klantgerichte op-maat-acties.
  • Analyse & Category Management
  • Uitvoeren van gap-analyses op basis van interne en externe marktdata, in nauwe samenwerking met de Category Managers.
  • Interne Afstemming & Samenwerking
  • Zorgdragen voor een heldere communicatie en proactieve afstemming met collega’s van de afdelingen Sales Controlling, Customer Service en Supply Chain om operationele uitmuntendheid te garanderen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het directe KAM-team om merkstrategieën en actieplannen intern gestroomlijnd te houden.

Profiel:

  • Een resultaatgerichte, analytische netwerker die strategisch denkt en operationeel meesterlijk uitvoert.
  • Kennis van de markt: Ervaring met of grondige kennis van data-analysetools.
  • Commercieel drive: Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een goed gevoel voor financieel beheer en budgettering.
  • Communicatieve kracht: Vermogen om te verbinden en te communiceren met stakeholders op diverse niveaus (zowel extern bij de klant als intern over verschillende afdelingen).
  • Analytisch vermogen: In staat om marktinzichten en data om te zetten in concrete actieplannen en op-maat-promoties.

Jouw profiel

Je zoekt een 4/5e project als freelance collega of als consultant onder contract bij Randstad.

Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar en kan hybride in Brussel werken tot eind dit jaar. Zomerverlof wordt in overleg besproken.
