The posting

Ben jij iemand die grote klanten niet alleen bedient maar echt begrijpt, dan zoeken we jou voor deze rol als key account representative in de internationale logistiek.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een groep grote klanten in de logistiek. Je coördineert de dagelijkse operationele afhandeling van zendingen, zowel import als export, en zorgt dat alles aan de kant van de klant klopt. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact, verwerkt orders in het systeem en geeft ad hoc tarieven af. Je bent sparringpartner, regelaar en probleemoplosser in één.

Als er onregelmatigheden zijn met een zending, los jij die op. Je schakel met interne afdelingen, partners en agenten en zorgt dat de klant altijd weet waar hij aan toe is. Proactief communiceren is daarin sleutelwoord: je wacht niet af, je handelt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Dagelijks contact onderhouden met key accounts en inspelen op hun wensen; - Opmaken van de nodige documentatie zoals CMR's, POD's, vrachtbrieven, aanvragen van douanedocumenten en meer; - Coördineren van import- en exportzendingen en bewaken van de volledige afhandeling; - Verwerken van orders en afgeven van ad hoc tarieven; - Oplossen van onregelmatigheden in overleg met interne afdelingen en partners; - Tijdig en correct registreren van alle informatie rondom orders en zendingen.

Je gaat werken in dagdienst van 08:30 - 17:00 van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

- Je hebt ervaring in de transport- of logistieke sector en weet hoe de operatie werkt; - Je hebt eerder gewerkt met grote klanten en weet hoe je die relaties onderhoudt; - Je communiceert sterk in Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt het overzicht ook als het druk is; - Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk.
