Je werkt in een leuk team waarin samenwerking belangrijk is, ook met andere afdelingen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alle (logistieke) uitdagingen aan het einde van de dag zijn opgelost. Zo gaan jullie met een goed gevoel naar huis. Wat ga je doen? Als Key Account Representative ken je alle in's en out's van de supply chain van de klanten. Je stelt de klanten centraal en bouwt een goede band en lange termijn relatie met ze op. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de klant met alle vragen te ontzorgen en om problemen op te lossen. Je bent dagelijks actief bezig met het intern verzamelen van informatie en geeft proactief feedback aan de klanten. - Verzorgen correspondentie, e-mails en telefonie met klanten; - Beantwoorden van klantvragen en/ of eventueel doorverwijzen/ overdragen; - Verzamelen en proactief verstrekken van informatie over diensten; - Maken en nakomen van duidelijke afspraken met key accounts; - Ontvangen van opdrachten en deze verwerken in ons Transport Management Systeem; - Afmelden van zendingen in interne en externe systemen; - Bewaken van de afgesproken KPI's; - Bijhouden en opstellen van diverse rapportages; - Werken aan verbetering werkprocedures en aanmoedigen van initiatieven hiertoe; - Zorgdragen voor een juiste communicat...
