Bij SuperFlora zoeken we namelijk een Key Accountmanager. Als Key Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van een intensieve relatie met onze Engelstalige klant. Krijg jij hier energie van? Dan zouden we zomaar eens heel goed bij elkaar kunnen passen. De wens van de klant staat op nummer één. Aan jou om alle zeilen bij te zetten om dit te vertalen naar een commercieel concept. Wat ga je doen? - Klantwensen vertalen naar commerciële oplossingen en het hele proces begeleiden; - Day to day business om ervoor te zorgen dat alles optimaal en efficiënt verloopt; - Dagelijks afstemmen met collega's over kwaliteit, productie en voorraad; - Aanbiedingen maken en samen met het team voor een langere periode vooruit kijken; - Overleggen met afdelingen en designteam voor het juiste product en opvallend design; - Regelmatig de klant en onze site in de UK bezoeken, vooral rond piekperiodes zoals Kerst, Valentijn en Moederdag. Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken een Key Account Manager die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en die graag de klant optimaal bediend o.a. dankzij jouw drive en communicatieve vaardigheden. Jij voelt je helemaal thuis bij werken in teamverband. 'Samen gaan we voor het hoogst haalbare', zo sta jij erin. Omdat jij altijd het commerciële plaatje voor ogen houdt, heb je goed cijfermatig inzicht en ben je commercieel ingesteld. Is er sprake van druk op de ketel? Dan ga jij resultaatgericht te werk en behoudt je overzicht.
