Samen met betrokken collega's houd je elkaar scherp en versterk je de zorg. Jouw nieuwe baan Als allround kinderarts beweeg je dagelijks tussen verschillende kanten van de kindergeneeskunde. Op de neonatologie zorg je voor pasgeborenen, tijdens poliklinische spreekuren begeleid je kinderen met chronische aandoeningen en op de spoedeisende hulp beoordeel je acute klachten. Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Tijdens onderzoeken en behandelingen kijk je verder dan alleen de medische vraag. Je werkt met kinderen van alle leeftijden en stemt de zorg af met kinderartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten, gespecialiseerde kinderverpleegkundigen, psychologen en pedagogen. Beslissingen ontstaan vanuit gezamenlijke expertise. Binnen het geïntegreerde Moeder & Kind Centrum draag je bij aan gespecialiseerde spreekuren en consultaties. Ook werk je mee aan Shared-Care-trajecten met academische centra. Ideeën voor betere zorgprocessen en sterkere regionale samenwerking krijgen hier ruimte. Daarnaast draai je anw-diensten als onderdeel van je functie. De compensatie sluit aan bij het NVK-advies Gezond & Veilig Werken. Tegelijk biedt deze baan ruimte voor verdieping. Naast brede kindergeneeskunde bouw je verder aan een aandachtsgebied dat past bij jouw ervaring en ambitie. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Dit Moeder & Kind Centrum brengt kindergeneeskunde en verloskunde klinisch samen. De lijnen zijn kort en overleg vindt gemakkelijk plaats aan het bed of op de gang.
