Zur Unterstützung im ROBINSON Club Alpenrose Zürs suchen wir eine/n 1 Kinderbetreuer/in Beschäftigung ab Anfang Wintersaison

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Zielsetzung der Stelle:

º Verantwortung für die qualifizierte und ordnungsgemäße Organisation und Durchführung der Kinderprogramme gemäß ROBINSON Konzept

Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich:

º Der Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich kann in folgende Einsatzbereiche gegliedert sein:

- ROBY BABY CLUB (1 bis 24 Monate)

- SUPER MINIS (2 Jahre)

- ROBY CLUB (3 bis 6 Jahre)

- R.O.B.Y. (7 bis 12 Jahre) differenziert nach Sport-, Kreativ- und Spielangeboten

º Planung und Organisation der Kinderprogramme auf Grundlage des Handbuchs und in Abstimmung mit AL Familie

º Durchführung eines 2-Wochen-Programms, Koordination von Programmschwerpunkten Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Tages- und Abendprogrammen sowie Shows

º Sorgfaltspflicht für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen

º Meldung von Sicherheitsmängeln und Unfällen an Vorgesetzte/n

º Verantwortung für die Sicherheit der an den Aktionen und Programmen teilnehmende

Kinder

º Akquisition von Teilnehmenden an den Programmen

º Verantwortung für den sorgfältigen ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit den

Räumlichkeiten des ROBY CLUB sowie die sachgerechte Pflege und Handhabung des Materials

º Durchführung von Saisonanfangs- und -endinventuren

º Wahrnehmung von Gäste- und Elternbedürfnissen, Kontaktpflege zu den Gästen

º Teilnahme an abteilungsinternen Teamsitzungen

º Information an AL Familie bei Vorkommnissen, die den eigenen Arbeitsbereich beeinflussen Integration in das Gesamtteam durch Kooperation und Mitarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

º Teilnahme an ROBINlife Gastgeberaufgaben, z.B.:

- An und Abreiseservice für die Gäste

- Kochaktivitäten

- Show- und Abendprogramm
