Ondernemers en B2B-relaties rekenen op jouw expertise wanneer het gaat om uiteenlopende energievraagstukken. Jij adviseert hen helder via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Wat deze functie écht uitdagend maakt? Je schakelt voortdurend tussen snel klantcontact en diepgaand uitzoekwerk. Waar een standaard vragensteller snel geholpen is, vergen de dossiers van grote zakelijke klanten vaak wat meer uitzoekwerk. Jij pluist factuurstructuren uit, analyseert verbruiksgegevens en checkt klantspecifieke contractvoorwaarden. Jij rust niet voordat de onderste steen boven is en je de klant van een ijzersterk advies kunt voorzien. Waar ga jij je mee bezighouden? - Inhoudelijk adviseren: Vragen van zakelijke relaties omzetten in duidelijke, werkbare oplossingen. - Dossieranalyse: Grondig uitpluizen van ingewikkelde cases rondom zakelijke tarieven, jaarafkeningen en contractwijzigingen. - Schakelen met specialisten: Interne afdelingen raadplegen om snel tot de juiste uitkomst te komen bij maatwerkcases. - Systeembeheer: Mutaties en afspraken accuraat verwerken in het CRM-systeem, zodat het klantdossier op orde is. - Procesverbetering: Actief aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor de interne B2B-dienstverlening.
