Als Klantadviseur bij Infomedics ben je meer dan het eerste aanspreekpunt: je bent adviseur, probleemoplosser en inhoudelijk gesprekspartner voor onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? Als Klantadviseur beheer je je eigen klantenportefeuille en ondersteun je zorgprofessionals bij vraagstukken rondom declaraties, facturatie en contractafspraken. Daarbij bouw je een relatie op met jouw klanten, leer je hun situatie kennen en ben je voor hen een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner. Je duikt in dossiers om te achterhalen wat er speelt, legt verbanden en komt op basis van je analyse tot een passende oplossing of advies. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de directe vraag: wat speelt er écht en wat heeft de klant nodig? Waar nodig schakel je met interne specialisten en denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen voor klanten en de organisatie. Je ondersteunt verschillende zorgprofessionals, zoals mondzorgpraktijken, fysiotherapeuten, apothekers en opticiens. Het contact verloopt via verschillende kanalen, zoals telefonisch, per e-mail, chat en het klantportaal. Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn in de zorg. We leren je alles over onze dienstverlening, zodat je zelfstandig complexe vraagstukken kunt behandelen en klanten goed kunt adviseren. Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken? - Je beheert een vaste klantenportefeuille van zorgprofessionals en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt. - Je behandelt en analyseert complexe vraagstukken rondom declaraties, facturatie en contractafspraken. - Je signaleert patronen, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen. - Je ondersteunt bij het onboarden van nieuwe klanten en zorgt voor een goede start van de samenwerking. - Je werkt samen met interne afdelingen aan structurele oplossingen en procesverb...
