Zet jouw ervaring in bij de NVWA in Echt. Wat ga je doen? Als klantadviseur bij de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) in Echt ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers en ondernemers. Je behandelt uiteenlopende vragen en meldingen over onderwerpen zoals voedselveiligheid, dierenwelzijn en productveiligheid. Dit is geen standaard klantenservicefunctie. Je krijgt te maken met complexe vragen, gevoelige meldingen en soms lastige gesprekken. Jij weet hoe je professioneel doorvraagt, snel de juiste informatie vindt en zorgvuldig handelt. Daarbij schakel je tussen meer dan 10 verschillende systemen. Jouw ervaring in telefonisch klantcontact is daarom belangrijk. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je behandelt telefonisch vragen en meldingen van burgers en ondernemers, ook wanneer gesprekken ingewikkeld zijn. - Je achterhaalt de kern van een vraag door gericht door te vragen en de juiste informatie te verzamelen. - Je zoekt zelfstandig informatie op in het FAQ-systeem en andere systemen. - Je beoordeelt welke vragen je zelf kunt afhandelen en welke je moet doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling. - Je legt meldingen en gesprekken nauwkeurig vast en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking. - Je handelt vragen en meldingen ook schriftelijk af. - Je voert gesprekken voornamelijk in het Nederlands en soms in het Engels. Je start met een inwerktraject van 8 weken, waarin je samen met een buddy de werkwijze, systemen en onderwerpen van de NVWA leert kennen. Dit traject bouwt voort op jo...
