Klantcontact medewerker 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.700 en €3.000 Per maand Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als klantcontact medewerker bij GLS ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van een uitstekende klantbeleving, waarbij je vragen beantwoordt, klachten oplost en complexe situaties aanpakt. Door jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en effectief geholpen worden. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen in de processen, zodat ze de dienstverlening continu kunnen optimaliseren. Wat ga je doen: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail met een vriendelijke en professionele houding. - Analyseren en oplossen van klachten, waarbij je passende oplossingen biedt. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze doorgeven aan het sales team. - Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, zoals het registreren en archiveren van klantinformatie. - Opstellen van klantrapportages en signaleren van verbeterpunten in onze processen.
