Werken bij Smulderstextiel.nl Kenmerken van de functie Uren 20-32 uur per week Afdeling Klantenservice Salaris €1.200 - €9.800 p/m Het team Het team van Smulderstextiel.nl bestaat uit ongeveer 120 gedreven medewerkers, verdeeld over een aantal afdelingen met ieder een eigen expertise. Jij wordt onderdeel van onze afdeling Klantenservice. De afdeling bestaat momenteel uit een teamleider, coach en zo'n 10 medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Tot de taken van onze klantenservice medewerker behoren het beantwoorden en het administratief verwerken van klantvragen die via e-mail of telefonisch gesteld worden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant met ons bedrijf, dus klantgerichtheid is een vereiste. Hoe ziet jouw doorsnee werkdag eruit? Je trekt de voordeur achter je dicht en vertrekt met frisse zin richting kantoor. Je vertelt je collega's wat je gisteravond weer hebt meegemaakt. Dankzij je verhaal zit de sfeer op de werkvloer er meteen goed in. Ondertussen start jij je computer op, en een paar minuten voordat je dienst begint slinger je ook je telefoon aan. Je ziet al snel dat er een aantal klantvragen in de mail staan. Die moeten nog heel even wachten want je moet eerst een paar taken van de dagelijkse to-do list oppakken. Terwijl je een klantvraag in de mailbox behandelt, rinkelt je telefoon. Dat heeft natuurlijk voorrang! Met een lach neem jij de telefoon op en luistert zorgvuldig naar het vraagstuk van een mevrouw. De naad van haar nieuwe dekbedovertrek is helemaal los. Na jouw aangeboden oplossing hoor je haar opluchtin...
