Bij Baderie Snijders, onderdeel van Snijders Installatiebedrijf, ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klant, monteur, leverancier en magazijn. Klantcontact is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk, zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk. Jij zorgt dat service, planning en werkvoorbereiding soepel verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker binnendienst zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning en voorbereiding goed geregeld zijn. Je schakelt veel met klanten, monteurs en leveranciers en houdt in de gaten wat er nodig is om het werk netjes uit te voeren. - Je plant servicemonteurs in en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken. - Je hebt telefonisch, per mail en persoonlijk contact met klanten over service, planning en lopende werkzaamheden. - Je koopt materialen in voor het installatiebedrijf en de servicewerkzaamheden. - Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor, controleert werkbonnen en zorgt dat monteurs met de juiste informatie op pad gaan. - Je ontvangt binnenkomende goederen en helpt mee om het magazijn overzichtelijk te houden. - Je pakt garantievragen, klachten en reclamaties zorgvuldig op en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. - Je houdt de keuring van gereedschappen en de bijbehorende administratie in de gaten.
