Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en chauffeurs bij Sluyter Logistics in Assen. Jij zorgt dat elke rit soepel start en dat klanten en ontvangers altijd snel en goed geholpen worden. Wat je gaat doen? Als klantenservice medewerker bij Sluyter Logistics Assen lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het logistieke proces. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, ondersteunt de planning en bewaakt proactief de status van zendingen. Als je werkdag 's ochtends start coördineer jij het geheel en zorg je ervoor dat de chauffeurs met de juiste documenten en goederen hun rit starten. Daarnaast zorg jij voor de correcte verwerking in de systemen, zodat zendingen goed opgevolgd kunnen worden. Na de administratieve afhandeling ben jij bereikbaar voor ontvangers en klanten als er vragen zijn over zendingen. Kortom een functie waarin je volop in contact staat met zowel je collega's als externen.
