Stel je voor: een klant zit in het buitenland en kan zijn creditcard niet gebruiken. Paniek! Op dat moment neemt hij contact op met ICS en kom jij in actie als Klantenservice medewerker. Jij bent de held die opneemt, de situatie uitpluist en zorgt voor een oplossing. Dankzij jou kan de klant snel weer verder en bezorg je hem een glimlach. Dat is pas een directe bijdrage aan een super positieve klantervaring! Als Klantenservice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle creditcardvragen. Van limietwijzigingen tot vergeten pincodes en het blokkeren of deblokkeren van kaarten: geen dag is hetzelfde. Je analyseert elke vraag zorgvuldig, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt voor duidelijke, klantgerichte ondersteuning. Zo lever jij dagelijks een belangrijke bijdrage aan de service en klanttevredenheid van ICS. Jouw taken als Klantenservice medewerker: - Onderzoek de situatie van de klant en bied passende hulp. - Beantwoord vragen over limietwijzigingen en pincodes. - Blokkeer of deblokkeer creditcards wanneer nodig. - Denk oplossingsgericht mee en zorg voor heldere ondersteuning. International Card Services (ICS) is de absolute marktleider op het gebied van creditcards. Ze zijn gevestigd in het bruisende Diemen, lekker dicht bij meerdere metrostations. De startdatum is 12 oktober. Je werkt tussen de 24 en 36 uur per week, en in vakantieperiodes is er zelfs de mogelijkheid om extra te knallen. Je start met een salaris van €15,90 bruto per uur en bij goed functioneren zijn er volop doorgroeimogelijkheden en uitzicht op een vast contract. Wie ben jij?
