Met jouw passie voor het helpen van klanten en je toewijding om oplossingen te bieden, draag je bij aan ons doel: het leveren van schone en frisse lucht aan onze klanten in Flevoland en daarbuiten. Je krijgt bij ons de kans om te groeien en je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen in een ondersteunende en dynamische werkomgeving. Wij kijken ernaar uit om jou als een waardevolle aanvulling op ons team te verwelkomen! De werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - • Aannemen van inkomende telefoontjes en klanten te woord staan - • Het beantwoorden van e-mails - • Het beantwoorden van vragen via social media - • Afhandelen en registreren van klachten - • Informeren van klanten over onze service en dienstverlening - • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden - • Contact onderhouden met buitendienstmedewerkers - • Werktijden maandag t/m vrijdag van 08:30 tot 17:00 - • Twee vrijdagen per maand werk je tot 13:00 uur en krijg je doorbetaald tot 17:00 uur. Zo begin je die vrijdagen extra vroeg aan je weekend!
