Start 16 november als parttime klantenservice medewerker in Hilversum! Op zoek naar een klantgerichte rol in Hilvserum? Start dan in het nieuwe jaar als parttime klantenservice medewerker. Wat ga je doen? Als klantenservice medewerker in Hilversum ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de huurders van de Alliantie. Dankzij jouw inzet verloopt hun woonervaring zo prettig mogelijk. Of het nu gaat om vragen over woningen, reparaties of betalingsregelingen: jij staat altijd klaar om mee te denken. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Dit ga je doen: - Beantwoord je telefonisch vragen van huurders en na een half jaar ook per e-mail. - Ondersteun je huurders bij uiteenlopende onderwerpen zoals beschikbare woningen, storingen of betalingen. - Zorg je ervoor dat elk gesprek snel en efficiënt wordt afgehandeld. - Weeg je de urgentie van binnenkomende vragen en verzoeken zorgvuldig af. De Alliantie is een woningcorporatie met een informele werksfeer en een sterke betrokkenheid bij haar huurders. Met meer dan 50.000 sociale huurwoningen in Hilversum zet deze organisatie zich in voor betaalbare huisvesting. Hier krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken. Wie ben jij? Je bent positief ingesteld, staat stevig in je schoenen en weet goed om te gaan met verschillende emoties. Je denkt in oplossingen, bent servicegericht en vindt het leuk om huurders verder te helpen. Je kunt kiezen uit een contract voor 21, 22,5 of 28 uur per week. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08.30 en 16.00 uur. De startdatum is 16 november! - Werk je 21 uur? Dan kun je zelf een vaste vrije dag bepalen. - Kies je voor 22,5 uur? Dan werk je bijvoorbeeld dagelijks van 09.30 tot 14.00 uur. Belangrijk: van 16 november tot 27 november heb je een verplichte training waar je twee weken lang elke dag van 08.30 tot 16.00 uur beschikbaar moet zijn.
