Bij ENGIE in Zwolle stap je in als klantenservice medewerker chat op de B2C-afdeling. Je bent de steun en toeverlaat voor klanten met uiteenlopende, alledaagse energievraagstukken. Snelheid, empathie en een heldere uitleg staan centraal bij het behandelen van 'happy flow'-meldingen. Denk aan vragen over een factuur, het doorgeven van een verhuizing of opzegging, hulp bij de online selfserviceomgeving of het zorgvuldig afhandelen van een overlijdensbericht. Jij pakt dit vlot en klantgericht op. Wat ga je concreet doen? - Vragen van B2C-klanten snel en empathisch afhandelen via chat (en later via de telefoon); - Heldere uitleg geven over verhuizingen, termijnbedragen, facturen en online selfservice; - Gegevens en administratieve mutaties direct correct doorvoeren in de systemen; - Schakelen met collega's om bij complexere situaties tot de beste oplossing te komen; - Meedenken over het slimmer inrichten van de digitale klantbediening. Uitbreiding naar 50/50 hybride klantcontact Zodra je de chatprocessen vlekkeloos beheerst, volgt de vakinhoudelijke verdieping richting telefonie.
