Klantenservice medewerker 24 - 40 uur per week €17,43 per uur Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als Klantenservice Medewerker draag je bij aan een positieve klantervaring door het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen met vragen over abonnementen, facturen en betalingen, zowel telefonisch als via chat. Met jouw empathie en oplossingsgerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat klanten tevreden het gesprek afsluiten. In deze rol is het belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig werkt, goed kunt luisteren en signalen van klanten herkent om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Wat je gaat doen: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen: telefonisch en via chat help je klanten met uiteenlopende vragen en problemen. - Bieden van oplossingen: je denkt actief mee en stelt passende oplossingen voor. - Bijhouden van klantgegevens: je verwerkt wijzigingen en afspraken zorgvuldig in onze systemen. - Herkennen van klantsignalen: je deelt deze signalen om onze processen en klantbeleving te verbeteren. - Volgen van trainingen: je neemt deel aan trainingen en teamoverleggen om jezelf en het team verder te ontwikkelen.
