Dat is wat je doet als klantenservice medewerker bij de NVWA! Wat ga je doen? Als klantenservice medewerker bij de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) in Echt werk je bij dé autoriteit op het gebied van dierenwelzijn en productveiligheid in Nederland. De NVWA ziet toe op de veiligheid van voedsel en consumentenproducten, dierenwelzijn en bescherming van de natuur. De NVWA is onderdeel van het ministerie van Landbouw Visserij Voedselzekerheid en Natuur. Je werkt in het klantcontactcentrum als eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers en ondernemers. Je behandelt meldingen, beantwoordt vragen en verwerkt informatieverzoeken op een efficiënte en professionele manier. Of het nu gaat om voedselveiligheid of andere belangrijke kwesties, jij bent het vriendelijke, telefonische aanspreekpunt waarop bellers kunnen rekenen. Een typische werkdag? Die bestaat niet! Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen en dankzij jouw inzet kunnen we met een gerust hart boodschappen doen of uit eten gaan. Een greep uit jouw taken: - Je neemt meldingen aan en beantwoordt vragen met behulp van een FAQ-systeem. - Je verwerkt de administratie op basis van binnenkomende telefoontjes. - Je zet complexe vragen via het systeem uit bij de juiste collega's of afdelingen. - Je zorgt voor de schriftelijke afhandeling van vragen en meldingen. - Je hebt dagelijks veel telefonisch contact voornamelijk in het Nederlands, en soms ook in het Engels.
