In een markt die draait om 'glamourous camping' ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten wereldwijd en zorg je ervoor dat elke vraag of melding via e-mail en telefonisch snel, correct en met een glimlach wordt afgehandeld. Je doet echter veel meer dan alleen het beantwoorden van vragen; je denkt actief mee naar de dieperliggende behoefte van de klant en je komt proactief met oplossingen. Omdat de organisatie inmiddels in meer dan tien landen actief is en een van de grootste spelers in de glampingmarkt is geworden, werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw input direct bijdraagt aan de verdere groei en verbetering van de dienstverlening. Functievereisten We zoeken een enthousiaste en proactieve collega die graag de verantwoordelijkheid pakt over de eigen werkzaamheden, maar tegelijkertijd floreert in een klein en hecht team. In deze rol is communicatie jouw belangrijkste gereedschap.Daarom is het essentieel dat je naast de Engelse taal ook de Italiaanse en Duitse taal uitstekend beheerst, zodat je internationale klanten en collega's altijd professioneel te woord kunt staan. Omdat de vakantiewereld nooit stilstaat, ben je bereid om twaalf zaterdagen per jaar, verspreid over het hoogseizoen vanuit huis te werken. Op deze dagen ben je telefonisch bereikbaar voor dringende vragen, waar uiteraard een passende weekendvergoeding en een vervangende vrije dag doordeweeks tegenover staan.
