'Mijn wifi werkt niet, wat moet ik doen?''. Jij zorgt dat de klant snel antwoord krijgt zodat zij hun favoriete programma weer kunnen voortzetten. Heb je dit na een poos onder de knie? Dan zijn er nog een hoop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Denk hierbij aan de functie van teammanager of trainer. Thuiswerken In deze gekke tijden komen er gelukkig ook positieve dingen voorbij. Zo kun je nu vanuit het hele land aan de slag voor VodafoneZiggo. Dus heb jij een goede laptop die niet ouder is dan 5 jaar, heb je een goede ruimte waar je rustig kan werken en heb je een goede internet verbinding? Dan heb jij de thuiswerkchecklist afgevinkt. Wel is het daarbij belangrijk dat je al klantenservice ervaring hebt, omdat je het dan sneller op kunt pakken zonder veel begeleiding. Je kan van maandag t/m zondag aan de slag tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur. Leuke bijkomstigheid: op zondag ontvang je zelfs een toeslag van 50%! Trainingen De training duurt 4 weken en is fulltime van 09:00 - 17:00 uur van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je mag hierin geen moment missen, dus het is echt een harde eis. Wel is alles vanuit huis. De training, jouw eerste telefoontjes en de werkzaamheden na de training dus ook. Start training - week 4 Wat wij bieden - Je krijgt een baan voor langere periode; - Je kunt van maandag t/m zondag aan de slag (tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur) én jouw eigen uren inplannen; - Een bruto uurloon van €9,87 exclusief bonussen; - Er zijn veel doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld tot plan...
