Ben jij klantgericht, administratief sterk en heb je reeds ervaring binnen de verzekeringswereld? Als Klantenservice Medewerker Verzekeringen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bezoekers en collega’s. Je combineert een professioneel onthaal met telefonische dienstverlening en administratieve ondersteuning van verschillende verzekeringsteams. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, flexibiliteit en kennis van verzekeringen zorg je mee voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je zorgt voor een professioneel en klantvriendelijk onthaal van bezoekers en bent één van de eerste aanspreekpunten binnen de organisatie.
  • Je behandelt inkomende oproepen via het algemene nummer, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel bij de juiste collega of dienst terechtkomen.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve documenten zoals getekende polissen, klantenfiches en dossierstukken en bewaakt een correcte verwerking en klassering.
  • Je ondersteunt de verzekeringsteams bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden en helpt mee om klant- en verzekeringsdossiers volledig en actueel te houden.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert klant- en dossiergegevens in BRIO en andere digitale platformen en zorgt voor betrouwbare en up-to-date databases.
  • Je verzorgt de uitgaande correspondentie, waaronder brieven en aangetekende zendingen, en springt flexibel bij waar administratieve ondersteuning nodig is.
  • Je hebt relevante administratieve of klantgerichte ervaring binnen een verzekeringsmakelaar of verzekeringsmaatschappij en bent vertrouwd met de werking van verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en efficiënt, ook wanneer verschillende taken en vragen gelijktijdig binnenkomen.
  • Je bent uitgesproken klant- en servicegericht en communiceert professioneel en vriendelijk met klanten, bezoekers en collega’s.
  • Je bent proactief en probleemoplossend, stelt zelfstandig prioriteiten en weet wanneer je andere collega’s moet betrekken om de klant optimaal verder te helpen.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen; ervaring met BRIO of vergelijkbare verzekeringssoftware is een duidelijke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans; bijkomende talenkennis vormt een meerwaarde.
