Wie ben jij Als klantenservice medewerker ben je een enthousiaste prater die energie krijgt van het helpen van mensen. Je bent klantgericht, bent niet snel van je stuk te brengen en je brengt een flinke dosis gezelligheid mee naar de werkvloer.

Verder herken jij jezelf in de volgende punten:

- Je beschikt over minimaal MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift; - Je hebt al ervaring met klantcontact; - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar;

Wat ga je doen Aan het einde van het jaar veranderen de zorgpremies en pakketten. Voor veel mensen is dat hét moment om hun zorgverzekering onder de loep te nemen. Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het telefonische aanspreekpunt voor klanten van Nationale-Nederlanden en OHRA.

Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen over onder andere de nieuwe premies en wijzigingen in het pakket. Met jouw hulp sluit de klant met een gerust gevoel de juiste verzekering af!

En het beste van alles? Ervaring in de verzekeringswereld is géén vereiste. Je start namelijk met een tweeweekse, betaalde training waarin je tot in de puntjes wordt klaargestoomd voor de campagne!
