Klantenservicemedewerker 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €3.000 en €3.200 Per maand Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als klantenservicemedewerker bij BAM Telecom draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van het glasvezelproces. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken efficiënt worden ingepland. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail help je bewoners met hun vragen en draag je bij aan een vlekkeloze administratie. Je werkt in een hecht team en hebt een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van mensen en technologie. Wat je gaat doen: - afspraken plannen: met bewoners voor schouwen en huisaansluitingen. - telefonisch contact onderhouden: bewoners voorzien van duidelijke informatie over het glasvezelproces. - gegevens en afspraken vastleggen: nauwkeurig werken in systemen zoals Twict (T4F). - vragen en problemen afhandelen: snel en klantgericht reageren op bewonersvragen. - bijdragen aan het team: een prettige werksfeer creëren in een divers team van 8 collega's.
