The posting

Als klantenservice medewerker bij APG, de grootste pensioenuitvoerder van Nederland, help je mee het pensioen van ruim 4 miljoen mensen goed te regelen. Op het Klant Contact Center ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen zoals: “Wanneer gaat mijn pensioen in?” of “Wat moet ik regelen als mijn partner overlijdt?”

Jouw werkdag Je start om 08:00 uur en beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, mail en chat. In Heerlen begin je de eerste drie maanden volledig met bellen. Daarna volg je een aanvullende training, waardoor je ook mail- en chatcontacten oppakt en je werk afwisselender wordt.

Hoe zien jouw taken eruit als klantenservicemedewerker?

• Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor pensioendeelnemers. • Je beantwoordt hun vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. • Je analyseert de vraag van de klant en geeft duidelijke, begrijpelijke informatie. • Je legt ingewikkelde pensioeninformatie eenvoudig uit. • Je legt al het contact nauwkeurig vast in het systeem.

Opleiding en ontwikkeling Je start eind november met een betaalde fulltime training (40 uur) van 4 weken op kantoor in Heerlen. Hier leer je alles over pensioenregelingen, gesprektechnieken en systemen. Na zes maanden breid je je kennis uit met een extra pensioenfonds. Na de fulltime training kun je aan de slag voor 20-38 uur per week.

Functie-eisen: Als klantenservice medewerker stel je altijd de klant centraal en luister je aandachtig naar hun vragen. Je vindt het belangrijk mensen écht te helpen en weet hierbij ook rekening te houden met hun emoties. Problemen analyseren en snel de juiste oplossing vinden gaat je goed af. Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt je boodschap helder en vriendelijk overbrengen, zowel aan de telefoon als via e-mail of chat.
