Opdrachtomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een klantmanager inburgering Wijdemeren. Als klantmanager inburgering ondersteun je nieuwkomers in onze gemeente bij hun inburgering. Daarnaast start je de komende maanden de zogenaamde vroege start trajecten op. Je stelt samen met de inwoner een persoonlijk Plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP) op om mee te kunnen doen in de Hilversumse samenleving. We werken oplossingsgericht. Als klantmanager ben je klant- en kwaliteitsgericht en kom je gemaakte afspraken na. Ook kun je hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar scheiden en ben je besluitvaardig. Je beschikt over actuele kennis van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de regelingen rondom kinderopvangtoeslag, en weet deze correct toe te passen binnen de uitvoering. Daarnaast ben je je ervan bewust dat het belangrijk is dat jouw werk zorgvuldig en op tijd af komt. Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met stress. Je ontvangt graag feedback en schroomt niet om dit te geven. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je eigen caseload, en weet een bijdrage te leveren aan de teamopgaven.
