Klinisch perfusionist UMCG , Groningen Vakgebied Paramedici Functie Overige beroepen paramedici Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast Plaatsingsdatum 2 October 2026 Niveau HBO Ervaring Niet nader bepaald Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald Functiebeschrijving Als klinisch perfusionist zorg je voor extracorporele circulatie van patiënten (volwassenen en kinderen) tijdens diverse cardiothoracale chirurgische ingrepen. Dit kan ondersteuning tijdens een klepoperatie of complexe aorta chirurgie zijn. Daarnaast is het UMCG een transplantatiecentrum en ondersteunen wij ook tijdens hart- en/of longtransplantaties. Als enige centrum in Nederland voeren wij hart-lever transplantaties en longtransplantaties bij kinderen uit. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de implantatie van assist devices zoals een HeartMate III. Ook zorg je voor de instelling en aansturing van hartondersteuning middelen zoals de Levitronix (RVAD en/of LVAD) en intra-aortale-ballonpompen. Naast de werkzaamheden op het operatiecomplex hebben wij ook een zeer uitgebreid ECLS programma. De ECLS kan ingezet worden op de operatiekamer, kinder intensive care, volwassen intensive care en de spoedeisende hulp. Hierbij zorg je voor de aansluiting, transport (intern/extern) en draag je de zorg tot en met het weanen op de IC. Als 1 van de 3 centra in Nederland ondersteunen wij het hart-longtransplantatie programma door het faciliteren van ex-vivo longperfusie (EVLP) op de orgaanperfusiekamer en halen we DCD donorharten op uit het donorziekenhuis (OCS-heart). Naast de cardiothoracale chirurgie kun je bijdragen aan regionale perfusies voor de oncologische chirurgie (ILP en HIPEC). Werkomgeving Hartcentrum, afdeling Extra Corporale Circulatie (ECC). Ons team bestaat uit 14 gediplomeerde enthousiaste klinisch perfusionisten. Onze werkomgeving is zeer dynamisch met een hoge complexiteit, dit vraagt veel flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheid.
