The posting

Psylodie is een warme groepspraktijk voor psychologie-psychotherapie. We zoeken een gedreven psycholoog of orthopedagoog om de stroom aan volwassenentrajecten in onze praktijk mee vorm te geven vanuit een langdurige en relationele visie.

Als nieuwe collega word je deel van een team dat gelooft in grondige, relationele psychotherapie. We werken niet met snelle, symptoomgerichte protocollen, maar nemen de tijd om samen met de cliënt stil te staan bij onderliggende patronen en duurzame verandering. Je krijgt ruimte voor een eigen therapeutische koers, binnen een veilige praktijkstructuur waarin intercollegiaal overleg, het delen van onze therapeutische visie en echte verbinding centraal staan.

Taakomschrijving

  • Begeleiden van volwassenen (en eventueel koppels) met diverse psycholische hulpvragen, met oog voor diepgang en duurzame verandering.
  • Zelfstandig beheren van je agenda en dossiers, in nauwe samenwerking met de praktijkstructuur.
  • Onderhouden van warme en professionele contacten met verwijzers.
  • Actieve deelname aan het maandelijks teamoverleg en intervisiemomenten.
  • In bezit zijn van een diploma Licentiaat/Master klinische psychologie of klinische orthopedagogie, en in aanmerking komend voor de visumwetgeving (KB 78).
  • Vierjarige therapie-opleiding (gericht op volwassenen) afgerond hebben of opstart op zeer korte termijn.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met experiëntieel, cliëntgericht werken of een diepgaander relationeel kader.
  • Bereidheid om op een eerlijke, open manier te reflecteren over je eigen handelen en samen te werken in teamverband.
  • Werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd als zelfstandige in hoofd- of bijberoep.
  • Engagement van minstens 1 dagdeel per week (bij voorkeur in te zetten in het namiddag/avondblok tussen 14u en 22u). Op termijn is uitbreiding mogelijk, alsook het werken op zaterdagen.
