Ben jij een klinisch psycholoog met een hart voor psychotherapie bij volwassenen? Wil je werken in een diverse grootstedelijke context en deel uitmaken van een warm multidisciplinair team met ruime ervaring in complexe hulpvragen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. CGG Brussel vzw zoekt een klinisch psycholoog voor het volwassenenteam in deelwerking Houba (Laken). Je biedt gespecialiseerde ambulante behandeling aan volwassenen met psychische en psychiatrische problemen en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsvolle, herstelgerichte geestelijke gezondheidszorg.

Werken bij CGG Brussel CGG Brussel vzw biedt gespecialiseerde ambulante geestelijke gezondheidszorg aan kinderen, jongeren,

volwassenen, gezinnen en ouderen. Vanuit multidisciplinaire teams bieden we zorg op maat, in nauwe

samenwerking met partners binnen de grootstedelijke Brusselse context.

Jouw rol als klinisch psycholoog Als klinisch psycholoog maak je deel uit van een warm multidisciplinair team dat vertrouwd is met complexe

hulpvragen. Binnen deze functie neem je indicatiestellingen en psychotherapie bij volwassenen op. Daarbij

werk je vanuit een evidence-based en multidisciplinair afgestemde visie en onderhoud je contacten met

cliënten, hun netwerk, verwijzers en andere betrokken hulpverleners.

Je komt terecht in een team van psychologen, psychiaters, psychosociaal werkers en onthaalmedewerkers

die vanuit verschillende expertises en therapeutische kaders samenwerken rond cliënten en hun context.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan zorgvernieuwing en kwaliteitsontwikkeling binnen de werking.

Je taken zijn o.a.:

  • Je voert indicatiestellingen en psychotherapeutische behandelingen uit.
  • Je stelt samen met de cliënt een behandeltraject op en volgt dit actief op.
  • Je bewaakt samen met het team het zorgtraject van aanmelding tot afsluiting of doorverwijzing.
  • Je stemt af met collega's om tot een interactief, multidisciplinair behandelplan te komen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verwijzers en andere betrokken hulpverleners.
  • Je signaleert risico's en onderneemt samen met het team de gepaste acties.
  • Je registreert zorgvuldig en helder in het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD).
  • Je neemt actief deel aan teamoverleg, intervisie en multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Je werkt, indien nodig, samen met tolken om toegankelijke zorg te garanderen.
  • Je hebt interesse in het ontwikkelen en begeleiden van een groepsaanbod.

Wat we zoeken in jou

  • Een diploma Master in de psychologie, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een psychotherapeutische opleiding.
  • Een sterke interesse in psychotherapie en ambulant werken met volwassenen.
  • Ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, een grondige kennis van psychopathologie en affiniteit met evidence-based behandelmethodieken.
  • Het vermogen om behandeltrajecten zelfstandig op te nemen en actief op te volgen via heldere verslaggeving en afstemming met cliënt en team.
  • Een hoopvolle en motiverende basishouding, ook bij cliënten die moeilijk aansluiting vinden.
  • Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een cultuursensitieve en genderinclusieve basishouding, met affiniteit voor het Brusselse zorglandschap.
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart van Brussel of de bereidheid om je hierin snel in te werken.
  • Bereidheid om met tolken te werken.
  • Bereidheid tot avondwerk op woensdag tot 20u00.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een meerwaarde.
