Over Kluivers Transport

Al sinds april 1995 verzorgen wij voor verschillende opdrachtgevers het zeecontainertransport. Vanuit de voor ons nabij gelegen Rotterdamse Havens, de Antwerpse Havens en de diverse terminals in het Duitse Ruhrgebied, verzorgen onze enthousiaste en gekwalificeerde chauffeurs dagelijks uw transport. Met onze eigen auto's, voorzien van de nieuwste en schoonste technieken, worden uw zeecontainers tot op uw locatie bezorgd. Als administratief medewerker werk je nauw samen met de assistent planner en de hoofdplanner bij de dagelijkse planning en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Aanmaken van tijdsloten in Portbase; • Aanvragen en verwerken van de bijbehorende TAN-nummers; • Tijdig verplaatsen van tijdsloten wanneer de planning verandert; • Invoeren en verwerken van transportorders; • Wekelijks archiveren van de papieren die onze chauffeurs inleveren; • Ondersteunen bij overige werkzaamheden rondom de transportplanning en administratie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de planner en zorgt ervoor dat de planning en bijbehorende administratie goed en op tijd worden verwerkt.

Functie-eisen: Ervaring met zeecontainertransport is voor deze functie een must. Je hebt affiniteit met de sector en weet wat er komt kijken bij het plannen van zeecontainers. Daarnaast:

• Heb je ervaring met Portbase; • Kun je werken met tijdsloten en TAN-nummers; • Heb je ervaring binnen het zeecontainertransport (vereist); • Kun je goed overweg met administratieve werkzaamheden; • Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; • Kun je snel schakelen wanneer een planning verandert; • Ben je zelfstandig, maar werk je ook graag samen.
