The posting

Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse onderhoudswerken en herstellingen op 2 van onze 13 locaties. Je werk heeft hoofdzakelijk te maken met schrijnwerkerij, schilderwerk, elektriciteit en wat loodgieterij. Ook andere klusjes (pleister- en tuinonderhoud, …) behoren tot je takenpakket.

Je maakt deel uit van een ploeg van logistiek medewerkers (waarvan 4 interne klusjesdienst) en staat onder leiding van de logistiek verantwoordelijke en de pedagogisch coördinator. Tijdens het dagelijks werk zal je vooral in contact staan met je (logistieke) collega’s in Aalst en zorg je er mee voor dat het een aangename plek is voor iedereen die er woont/werkt.

  • Je staat achter onze missie en visie en herkent jezelf in onze basishouding.
  • Je werkt proper en verzorgd. Je laat jouw werkplek op een nette manier achter en hebt oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van minstens één van volgende vakgebieden: schrijnwerkerij / elektriciteit / loodgieterij.
  • Een basiskennis tuinonderhoud, elektromechanica, verf- en pleisterwerk en laswerk is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan logisch denken en plannen en hebt een goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je komt op tijd, je werkt de planning af en komt de gemaakte afspraken na.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar ook goed samenwerken met de collega’s van jouw team.
  • Je vindt een goed contact met de kinderen en jongeren belangrijk en wil je inzetten om hen een zo aangenaam mogelijke leefomgeving te bezorgen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kan je weg vinden in een veranderende omgeving.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Andere talen zijn een troef.
  • Je kan werken met de computer (Google, Outlook, Youtube, Word, Excel)
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B en hebt ervaring in het rijden met een lichte vracht (camionette). Je bent bereid je soms te verplaatsen.
