Deine Aufgaben * Du bist für die Zubereitung aller HP Speisen im Rahmen unserer internationalen, trendigen und innovativen Küche verantwortlich * Du kümmerst dich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und die Einhaltung des No-Waste Prinzips * Du hältst die vom Betrieb und Küchenchef vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Hygiene Standards ein * Du überwachst den Warenbestand und den Wareneingang * Du entwickelst die Alpenwelt Küchenphilosophie in Abstimmung mit dem Küchenchef / Souschef weiter * Du bist für das repräsentative Anrichten der Speisen verantwortlich

Deine Talente * Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Küchenausbildung * Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Küchenbereich in der gehobenen Hotellerie und Gastronomie * Du bist erfahren auf allen Posten der Küche & hast eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitseinteilung * Du arbeitest zuverlässig und sauber * Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kreativ und flexibel * Du hast Kenntnisse in der Warenwirtschaft und -kontrolle * Du kennst die Hygiene- und HACCP Richtlinien * Du hast sehr gute Produktkenntnisse * Dir ist eine positive Haltung gegenüber Kollegen und Motivation sehr wichtig * Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
