Was diese Position besonders macht

Als Koch:in prägen Sie den kulinarischen Charakter unseres Hauses.

Bringen Ihre Handschrift in unsere saisonalen Speisekarten ein und sorgen dafür, dass jedes Gericht die hohen Qualitätsanspruch des Schlosses widerspiegelt.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

* Speiseplanung und Menügestaltung

* Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen

* Hygiene und Sauberkeit: Einhaltung von Hygienestandards, Reinigung des Arbeitsplatzes und der Küchengeräte sowie die sichere Handhabung von Lebensmitteln gehören zu den täglichen Aufgaben

* Koordination und Teamarbeit mit dem Küchenteam und dem Servicepersonal, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

* Qualitätskontrolle

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards in der Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen

* Kontrolle der Wareneingänge sowie Lager- und Bestandsverwaltung

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Fachkompetenz, Organisationstalent und Freude daran, sich mit einem neuen Team zu entwickeln und kulinarische Akzente zu setzen.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der klassischen und gehobenen Wirtshausküche

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein sowie organisatorische Stärke

* Teamfähigkeit

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten
