Traditionsbetrieb im Nordburgenland / Seewinkel (Frauenkirchen)

Mit dem Alten Brauhaus in Frauenkirchen übernehmen wir als Gastronomiefamilie in vierter Generation einen zweiten Traditionsbetrieb in der Region. Neben unserem bereits sehr gut etablierten Haus erweitern wir unser Engagement bewusst um ein weiteres Wirtshaus mit Geschichte. 1 Koch_Köchin Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir einen Koch, der Freude an klassischer österreichischer Küche hat und diese gemeinsam mit dem Küchenchef zeitgemäß weiterentwickeln möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit im gesamten Küchenbetrieb

* Zubereitung von traditionellen österreichischen Gerichten mit ungarischen Einflüssen

* Arbeiten mit regionalen und saisonalen Produkten

* Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Speisekarte und Wochenkarte

* Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Bällen und Familienfeiern

* Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Küchenausstattung

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Freude an klassischer Wirtshausküche mit modernem Anspruch

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
