Das Aufgabengebiet

* Sie bereiten täglich frische und ausgewogene Speisen für Kinder sowie für die Mitarbeiter_innen des Magistrats zu.

* Sie übernehmen die Lebensmittelbestellung sowie Warenannahme und -kontrolle und

arbeiten dabei mit dem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm.

* Sie sorgen für einen professionellen und hygienischen Küchenbetrieb nach geltenden

HACCP-Standards.

* Sie gehen verantwortungsvoll mit Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen um und wirken bei der

Reinigung und Pflege der Kücheneinrichtung mit.

* Sie arbeiten in einem engagierten Team mit und tragen zu einer wertschätzenden und

serviceorientierten Versorgung bei.

Ihr Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung, beispielsweise in Betriebs- oder Schulküchen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Lebensmittelhygiene und Vertrautheit mit HACCP-Vorschriften

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team sowie ein freundliches und kollegiales Auftreten

* Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu

behalten.
